Right to participate

In order to qualify and have the right to participate in Contests and Sweepstakes only individuals that are 18 and over and are permanent residents of Cyprus can partake. Those under the age of 18 can partake in the contest only under parental consent and must be accompanied by their parent/ guardian when receiving their gift.

Disqualification of participants

Any participant will be disqualified if they fall in to the following categories: (a) employees of www.eFratello.com, (b) employees of companies affiliated with us , (c) employees who connect www.eFratello.com to other businesses.

How to take part in the contest:

Whoever would like to participate in the contests, should visit: www.efratello.com or/and https://www.facebook.com/Fratello-Boutique, where the contest will be held and the users will be asked to ‘Like’ the page and then follow the guidelines given. A ‘Like & Share’ of the post will usually be demanded for the contests and/or the sweepstakes. Users will be able to be informed about the contests and/or the sweepstakes directly from our website www.eFratello.com after accepting all terms posted so as to be considered a valid participant.

In the case where the user does not win the contests/sweepstakes, their participation does not automatically renew its self for any future contests/sweepstakes. The right to renew participation in any future contests is by re-applying.

After the expiry of the contest:

After the expiration of the contest, the lucky winners will be announced after randomly being selected through sweepstakes, otherwise through the way stated by the terms of the contest, where the gift described will be awarded.

Announcement of the winners

The winners will be announced based on the results that follow the contests/sweepstakes or the terms stated for the contest on our page: Fratello Boutique on Facebook, or at www.eFratello.com from where the information on how to receive the gift is given.

Procedure on how the winners can receive their gifts

After 10 (ten) working days of the announcement of the winners and in the case of the winners not coming in contact with our company the gifts will be withdrawn without any further notice. Any participant who does not complete in their application in full, falsely complete, indecently or insultingly fill-in facts through Facebook, or our website www.eFratello.com, or through electronic/ telephone/ or other forms of communication will lose the right to their gift. In the case where indecent or insulting comments are stated towards www.eFratello.com , our company holds the right to automatically erase the user from the current or any future contest without any further notification.

The participation and gifts are completely personal and cannot be passed on or exchanged for money.

WARNING : In order to attain the gift, the participant must answer a private message by the representative of www.eFratello.com , stating the information required within 12 hours after the publication of the winners’ names, or else the gift will be withdrawn.

Length of contests

The length of contests will be stated in the description of their terms at www.eFratello.com and the company maintains the rights to extend, shorten and/ or cancel without any further notification towards the participants. In this case the company does not claim any responsibility towards the participants and/ or third person.
